Let’s get serious
Basketball England Junior NBL competition is the highest level of junior club basketball in the country.
Our U16 NBL team play in the South East Conference, playing home and away against each team. It generally involves about 20 matches, mostly on Saturdays.
Last year our U14 NBL won the division and with many of them moving up to the U16s, we are expecting great things.

Our U16 NBL Team is coached by Coach Leo, one of two past Basketball England National Champions we have on the coaching team. Leo played for the London regional team that won the Basketball England National Tournament. He also played for Bromley Fury as a junior, captaining our U18s for two years. In his time at Hayes school he reached the final of the National Schools tournament.
Playing in an NBL team is a major commitment, with training twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays in the case of the U16s) and a match at the weekend. But is is an amazing experience that the players will remember for the rest of their lives.
Trials for our NBL teams are at the start of the Summer each year, but if you think you have got what it takes, get in touch with us to speak to the coach. We can always make a space for someone good enough!
